We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days for delivery to destinations outside of the UK. It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.
All UK orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order is being despatched to confirm the tracking number for your parcel. You can track the progress of your delivery by logging Onto the Courier website with the link attached.
