About Leeds United

Leeds United Football Club Limited is an English football club based in Beeston, Leeds, West Yorkshire. Currently playing in the Npower Championship the Club have spent the majority of their history in the top tier of English football. The club was formed in 1919 following the disbanding of predecessor team Leeds City FC.

Delivery

We constantly strive to update and improve our delivery services to offer you competitive rates and secure delivery. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days (subject to stock availability), but please allow up to 28 days for delivery to destinations outside of the UK. It is our policy to dispatch orders in the shortest time possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delay whilst in transit.

All UK orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive an email once your order is being despatched to confirm the tracking number for your parcel. You can track the progress of your delivery by logging Onto the Courier website with the link attached.

Should your order be available and ready for immediate dispatch and it fails to reach you within the times quoted, then please contact us on 0871 334 2019.

Returns

If you purchase any product from the Online Superstore and you change your mind, it's not a problem!

Return your receipt, with your unworn / unopened purchase within 1 month and we will exchange or refundit via the original method of payment.

When returning an item please include a note of what action you would like to be taken i.e.: refund,replacement, faulty etc

For a combination purchase (buy one get one free or buy a product and get a product free), you must return any free items or vouchers back to us before we can process a refund.

Placing an order with LUFC is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You automatically create an account when you place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by fax or e-mail. All orders must be placed online or by phone.)
